Startup Coach: Policy

The Startup Coach is a coaching programme and software tool delivered over the internet. Access is given at once after payment.

Delivery

A private access link is e-mailed to the address you gave, at once after the payment is confirmed. Nothing physical is delivered.

Payment

Rs 19,999 per startup seat, for one to five startups at a time. No GST is added.

Cancellation and refund

The fee can be earned back: Rs 9,999 per startup comes back when a quarter of the founder's funding target is in the bank, confirmed by the funder, and all of it comes back when the founder reaches the three targets on the programme page, each proven by other people and audited. Because access is given at once, a booking cannot be cancelled and no other refund is given after the access link has been issued. A wrong or double charge is always put right. If the access link cannot be delivered or does not work and we cannot fix it within 7 days of your report, we refund the fee for the affected seats. An approved refund is started within 7 working days to the original payment method.
